Take 1 to 3 capsules in the morning with plenty of water. Do not take capsules at night as they have a stimulating effect.

Team Marathon-Moin. Sicher wird bei euch am Sonntag nicht gearbeitet, und ich brauche auch keine Antworten. Wollte nur kurz ahoi sagen und dass Die Greentea Kapseln da sind. Das Marathon Spray wird von mir und meiner Knackigen wie zuletzt berichtet schon lange eingesetzt und durch die da sofort eintretende Wirkung hat es Vertrauen geschafft mehr auszuprobieren. Ach ja bevor ich es vergesse-die Verpackungen kann man noch verbessern.
Aber viel mehr gibt es nich zu moppern. Da wurde nicht zuviel versprochen-topfit, obwohl mit meiner Knackigen 1800 km nach Portugal abgerissen. Echt ein Turbo um wach zu sein und zu bleiben. Aktiv und wirkt so um die 4-6 Stunden. So liege ich nachts dann nicht wach. Diesen Nachteil haben viele andere die motivierend sind.
